50% staff position with Fresh Focus at the Student Farm
The Student Farm is looking for someone passionate about food justice to lead our Fresh Focus program. The Fresh Focus program supports food access and food sovereignty efforts on campus and in the community, through gleaning and program-specific production at the Student Farm, collaboration with Aggie Compass, Basic Needs, and student support centers around centers, and convening of conversation about food justice and food culture at UC Davis.

This position is incredibly important to the work we do at the Student Farm. The coordinator will lead a team of student employees and interns who care deeply about food access and student well being on campus. They will spend time teaching and mentoring in the Student Farm fields, as well as helping our student leaders coordinate food distribution to partners, plan events, and think about the role of food and ag in the Student Farm and campus community.
